Order

An automatic email will be sent to you once payment for your order has been confirmed. A few days later, you will receive a second email telling you that your product is in production, and then a final email will be sent to you with your delivery tracking link. You haven't received anything? Check your spam folder and make sure you have given us the right email address, otherwise contact our customer service department.
We do our utmost to provide you with complete satisfaction. However, if you wish, you can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it. All you have to do is contact us and we will inform you of the cancellation and refund procedure.
It is not possible to modify an order once your product has already been manufactured. We do not offer to exchange your photograph, which is made to order.
Don't worry, some orders are sent in several parcels to guarantee the safety of your products. However, if the rest of your order has not been delivered within 48 hours, please contact our customer service department.
If, despite all our precautions, your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so that we can provide you with a solution.
You can add your discount code or gift card code on the CART page only. The price of your order will then be updated, and you can then finalize payment for your order.

Delivery

Drop-down delivery table (choose country + replace with SMALL CLASSIC etc...) Delivery costs are unique, and are not charged per product. We deliver to all the countries listed below with the delivery charges indicated. Delivery times are 7 to 10 working days for Standard delivery and 3 working days for Express delivery. Express delivery is available on certain finishes and formats only.
Deliveries are made by DHL, COLISSIMO, UPS, DASCHER, SKYNET, Geodis and DPD, depending on the country and format of the photograph.
All our photographs are carefully packed by our agents using foam and protective film. Our packaging boxes are made to measure and adjusted to your photographs to guarantee safe transport. Your photographs are delivered ready to hang, so there's nothing for you to assemble.
We don't yet offer delivery to parcel delivery points, but we're working on it! However, depending on the carrier, your parcel may be dropped off at a parcel delivery point if an initial delivery to your address is unsuccessful.

We work with press groups, the media and independent photographers to find the most iconic photographs. Do you have a photo we don't have? Contact us, we're always looking for new ideas!
Our agents work every day to edit and manufacture your made-to-measure photos in our workshop, so we don't hold any stocks of photos.
We offer a wide range of Premium finishes: from simple Posters to Framed Prints in wood or aluminum, including Canvas, Aluminium Supports and Plexiglas, with or without frames, all our finishes are assembled in the workshop by our agents. Not sure which finish to choose? Contact us for personalized advice on your next order.
All the sizes we offer are indicated on our product page, and we can print your order from 12x8” inches to 60x40” inches cm for the largest format.
Most of our photographs are numbered limited editions. You will receive an ArtPhotoLimited certificate in your parcel including the title, description, date of purchase, edition number, copyright, size and finish of your photograph.
No. Only ArtPhotoLimited has the rights to sell its photographs. Therefore, you are not allowed to resell photos purchased on ArtPhotoLimited.

First of all, you can try to finalize your order in a private internet tab. You can also empty your cache so that your browser is up to date. If this doesn't work, or if you are unable to do this, our customer service team will be able to help you.
Payment in several payments is not yet available, but if you pay with PayPal, you can select payment in several payments on their platform.
You cannot combine several discount codes. If you have several gift cards, you can contact our customer service department who will be able to combine your cards.
If you have forgotten to add your promotional code, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible.

Your invoice is available in your customer account. Click on My customer account at the top right of the site, then My orders, and you will be able to download your invoice. Your invoice will not be included in your parcel, simply a summary of your order.

We are a 100% online photo gallery, accessible from all over France, Europe and even the United States. We do not have a physical shop.
Your photo may have fallen victim to its own success... Contact us so that we can help you find the rare pearl that will enhance your decor.
For our Framed Prints, you'll have two fasteners in vertical and horizontal format, for our Plexiglas and Aluminum Support finishes, a metal frame will be placed on the back of the photo, and if you choose to have them framed in an American Crate, fasteners will be attached from format 120X80 upwards. Finally, for Canvas finishing, the photo is mounted on a wooden frame for quick and easy hanging.
