There is something dark in this America. Our imagination, fed with its images to the point of cliché, is not enough to calm us. Drive Usa is to travel through these undead territories, dark deserts and light oases, mechanical flows and continental solitude. Driving the American road, as I did, is more of a hallucination than a reportage. It is a cruel journey to the heart of the story itself. On the road, near Bonneville Salt Flats, Utah.
