Wolfgang Niedecken (r) from the Cologne rock group BAP in conversation with Udo Lindenberg (2nd from right) and Campino (l) from the Toten Hosen on July 27th, 1986 at the WAA-hnsinnsfestival. The greats of the German pop scene appeared free of charge at the Anti-WAA festival in Burglengenfeld. Around 100,000 rock music fans and WAA opponents came for two days in the Upper Palatinate to demonstrate peacefully and musically against the planned reprocessing plant in Wackersdorf, Bavaria, 20 kilometers away.
