Jean Louis PARBOT

I evolved for almost thirty in the world of news magazine press. Trained in digital technologies, photographer since always, I like to look at the diversity of the world and those who inhabit it, diversity within diversity. A photographer is selfish, voyeuristic and solitary, but he is also a facilitator of light. The art of photography is first and foremost the art of light in all its forms. If the photographer rejoices in his solitary pleasure, he can truly exist and become a photographer only through the eyes of others. I can only be recognized as a photographer by those who look at my photographs. The other makes me exist. Every photograph is a story and there are as many photographic stories as there are literary forms, from novels to children's stories, from short stories to Alexandrian poems, from journalistic articles to theater plays ... There is an infinite number of narrative modes in photography.
